- 1-100 campers: $9 per camper
- 101-300 campers: $8 per camper
- 301-500 campers: $7 per camper
- 501-1000 campers: $5 per camper
- 1001+ campers: $4 per camper

SMS is billed separately based on usage. Email is included. Media library includes 50 GB free storage with optional upgrades.

## Data Migration

Campfront handles data migration for switching camps. AI-powered CSV import with duplicate detection. Migration is planned around the camp's off-season schedule. Data export is always available via CSV or data streams.
