For admins

• Manage tasks from your dashboard. Complete, reschedule, or reassign a task without opening the profile.
• Ask AI reads your notes. Ask about an incident or a dairy restriction and it checks profile notes, plus medical and dietary notes.
• Separate households in broadcasts. Reach the second parent in separated families without emailing every parent.
• Mark multiple checks as received. Select payments and mark them received together, with one check number recorded on each.
• Report on your fiscal year. Set the month your fiscal year starts and filter any table by this, last, or next fiscal year.
• Application answers on staff profiles. The job application card shows answers to your own questions.
• More contract merge tags. Add total compensation, date of birth, and job role notes to a contract template.

• Pay early. When one card or bank payment is left, a parent can pay it from their balance card ahead of the due date.
• Check instructions on statements. A statement with a check payment ends with your instructions for paying by check.
