Application PDFs, bulk revoking, and richer CSV imports

A batch of smaller improvements across staff records, enrollment invitations, and the camper importer.

Download a staff application as a PDF. From the job application card on a staff profile, download the application as a PDF, for this season or any previous one. Their resume is attached too, as long as they uploaded it as a PDF.

Revoke expired invitations in bulk. Select any number of campers on the camper table and revoke their pending enrollment invitations at once, with the same withdrawal options you get one at a time.

Import school addresses and referral sources with your camper CSV. The camper importer now maps a full school address onto the school contact, and takes Referral source and Referral detail using the same “How did you hear about us” options you collect at checkout.
