Ask the assistant to draft broadcasts and log calls

Ask for an email or text, like “Draft an email to enrolled families about photo day next Friday.” The assistant saves it as a draft broadcast with your merge tags in place, ready for you to check and send.

Log calls too. Tell it about a call, email, or text with a parent, camper, or staff member, and it’s added to their Activity tab with the date and time.
