Know who's on camp with attendance

Know exactly who is on camp, the moment you need to. Attendance brings check-in and check-out to Campfront for campers and staff, so arrivals and departures get recorded in one place instead of on a clipboard.

Check campers in and out, session by session

Turn attendance on for any session, daily or once per session. Mark campers individually or in bulk, record how they arrived or left, and add notes, including for absences. Every check-in and check-out is logged with who did it and when, and the history lives on each camper’s attendance tab.

Staff attendance too. Staff attendance follows employment dates rather than sessions. Set the season to daily or one-time check-ins, and each staff member appears for exactly the days their employment covers.

Update their location in the same tap. Tick “Also mark as on camp” or “Also mark as off camp” while checking someone in or out, and their live location status updates without a second trip to their profile.
