Let parents know after a health center visit, and find forms in each profile’s Medical and Transport sections.

Email parents after a visit

In Medical settings, under Parent emails, choose which visit outcomes email a camper’s parents, like Rest in health center or External referral, and write a default message for each. When a nurse logs a visit with one of them, an Email parents box is ticked on the log, with the message filled in. The nurse can edit the message or untick the box, and the email sends when they save the log. Nothing sends until you turn an outcome on.

Forms in the Medical and Transport sections

Medical forms now also show in each profile’s Medical section, and transport forms in its Transport section, each with a count of what’s left to complete.
