Smaller upgrades for enrollment, staffing, and bunking

Ten smaller upgrades from the past week.

Enrollment

  • Pick up where they left off. Families who stop partway through enrolling can now finish on any device. They sign in, or enter the same email and confirm the code we send them.
  • Add-on cutoffs by session. An add-on can now close a set number of days before the camper’s session starts, as an alternative to a fixed date. Choose it in Purchase cut off when you edit an add-on.
  • Overall capacity. Set one limit for an overnight session across all its groups, like your bed count. Each group’s own capacity still applies, and when the session fills, families join the waitlist or no longer see it, as they do when a group is full.
  • Your own referral sources. Add, rename, or hide the “How did you hear about us?” options for families and staff, and add a text box to any of them for details, such as which friend referred them. Find them in Camp settings, under Information.
  • Duplicate payment templates. Start a new template from one you already have. The copy starts with Public turned off.
  • Copy an address. Family pages and camper overviews now show the address, with a button to copy it.

Staffing and bunking

  • Finish an application later. Applicants who come back to a job and confirm their email now land on the step they reached, on any device.
  • Download job applications in bulk. Select up to 200 staff and get one PDF of their job applications, with PDF resumes included. Find it under Hiring in the Staff table’s bulk actions.
  • Staff history. Add columns to the Staff table for years as staff, total years at camp, and salary from the previous season they worked.
  • Sort each cabin. Select Sort on the Bunking board to order everyone in your cabins by first name, age, or gender. It only changes your view.
