Every note in one table, and season-aware notes and tags

A new Notes section lists every note across your camp in one table, so you no longer have to open a profile to find one. Notes and tags can also be kept to the seasons they belong to.

Every note in one table

Notes in the main menu lists every note across campers, families, and staff, alongside the notes still on each profile. Search, filter, sort, choose your columns, save views, and export to CSV. Open a note to pin or flag it or jump to the profile, select several to move them to a season or delete them, or add a note without opening a profile first.

Notes remember their season. Each note shows the season it was written in and appears across all seasons by default. Uncheck “Show this note across all seasons” to keep one to the seasons you pick. A profile’s Notes tab shows this season’s notes plus all-season ones, with Show all seasons for the rest.

Tags can be seasonal too. Uncheck “Applicable to all seasons” on a tag to limit it to particular seasons. Pickers, filters, and columns then only offer tags that apply to the season you’re viewing.
