Choose what happens when a session fills up

Sessions and session groups get a full capacity preference. Keep offering a waitlist when one fills up, or take it out of the enrollment flow altogether, so families are only ever choosing between sessions they can actually book.

Hiding a full session applies to families going through the enrollment flow. You still see it in the admin pickers, and a direct enrollment link still opens it, so you can keep placing campers into a full session yourself.
