Your own terms on invoices and statements

Print late payment terms, fees, or anything else families should know at the bottom of every invoice or statement. Add them under Camp settings, then Financial.

Leave missed installments on the balance

Installment plans have a new option for families who enroll after some installment dates have passed. They pay the deposit, their remaining installments stay at the scheduled amount, and the missed amounts stay on their balance. It suits families on a fixed monthly amount, with a scholarship covering the rest.

Default amounts for staff pay

Give a compensation category, like a travel stipend, a default amount. It fills in when you add the category to an offer or contract, and you can still change it for each person.
