Multi-camper payments, fixed-dollar plans and clearing a balance

Three changes to what a family can pay and what you can ask them for: one payment covering several campers, installment plans priced in dollars, and a way to settle what is owed when a camper withdraws.

Pay for several campers in one payment

Families with more than one camper can pick any combination of them on the make-a-payment page and pay for all of them at once, with the total adding up as they choose.

Pay every camper’s full balance, or choose a custom amount and set a figure for each one. Each balance sits beside the camper it belongs to and already accounts for anything on a scheduled payment plan, so a family sees exactly what is left to pay, and paying in full never doubles up on an installment already on its way.

Set an installment plan in dollars

An invitation’s installment schedule can bill a set dollar amount on each date rather than a percentage of the balance. A scholarship place can ask for $250 a month for three months whatever the booking is worth, charged per camper on the invitation.

It doesn’t have to cover the whole balance either. What it leaves uncollected stays outstanding, so you post the scholarship credit yourself, when you choose to.

Clear a balance when withdrawing a camper. Moving an enrollment to Withdrawn offers a checkbox that posts a credit for whatever is still owed, with the amount named on the single enrollment sheet so you can see what you are writing off. It works on a bulk stage change too.
