Preview emails before they send

See the real email a family or staff member will get before you send it. Select Preview when you send someone an invitation, offer, contract, reference request, booking link, invoice, receipt, or payment reminder. For bulk invitations, you’ll see an example for one person.

It shows who it’s from, who it’s going to, who’s cc’d, and any invoice, receipt, or statement attached. If something’s missing, like an offer’s end date, the preview tells you what to fix. Previewing never sends anything.
