Quality-of-life updates

A round-up of small papercuts we’ve fixed.

• A snappier AI assistant. It replies about 3x faster on average, with no trade-off in quality.
• Faster bulk actions. The action menu on the campers and staff tables is now a searchable command menu.
• Batch-edit staffing roles. Edit or remove several staffing-board roles in one dialog.
• Target a form to any stage. Pick any camper or staff stages from a searchable list, or leave it empty to match all.
• Full sessions waitlist automatically. A submission to a full session that needs approval now lands in Waitlisted, not Applied.
• New table columns. Years at camp, Preferred name, and Secondary contact (name, email, phone).
• Set a camper’s referral source. Edit it from the Source card on any profile, even for imported or invited campers.
• Title-only notes. A note can be saved with just a title.
