Track returning campers and staff

See how many of last season’s campers and staff are coming back, right on your dashboard. Select Customize, then Cards, and add the ones you want.

Three new cards for who’s coming back

Returning campers. The share of last season’s enrolled campers who have applied, joined the waitlist, been invited, or enrolled for this season. Campers who have aged out of this season’s camper groups aren’t counted.

Returning staff. The share of staff who worked for you last season who have been offered a role, contracted, or hired for this season.

Former campers. The share of this season’s hires who were campers with you in an earlier season. It counts staff whose profile is linked to their camper record.

Each card shows the numbers behind its rate and how it has changed: against the same date last year once you have enough past seasons, or over the past week until then.
