Withdrawn campers leave their sessions

Move a camper to Withdrawn and their sessions and add-ons are now marked Removed. They stay on the camper’s record, and withdrawn campers no longer show when you filter the camper table by session. Withdrawing doesn’t remove or refund any charges, and it still cancels scheduled payments. This applies to campers you withdraw from now on.

If you later move them back to Enrolled, tick the sessions they’re on now. Their old sessions don’t come back on their own.

A clear record of what they were on

The Season card on a camper’s record lists the sessions and add-ons they were removed from, each with a Removed badge. Still billed shows only while a charge stands.

Set Removed from the status picker. In Edit season information, the session and add-on status pickers now include Removed. It works the same as unticking the row. The history and any charge stay, and ticking it again restores it.

Bill add-ons that haven’t been charged. A priced add-on placed on a camper through Edit season information or an invitation, but never charged, can now be billed. On the Balance card, select Actions, then Add-ons under Add a charge, and look for the Not billed yet badge. Select it to charge each unit at the add-on’s current price. This needs edit access to Financials.
